Transparency is part of how I work. Before you invest in any service, here's exactly what you need to know about refunds, cancellations, and how we work together.

Retainer services include Social Media Management and Tech VA support.

All retainer engagements require a signed contract and a deposit to secure your start date. A minimum 3-month commitment is required before transitioning to month-to-month.

Full Refund Window - 48 Hours

If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable service fees charged by the payment processor.

Deposit Refund Window - Within 12 Days

If you cancel after the 48-hour window but within 12 days of payment, and no work has started, your deposit is refundable minus any applicable service fees. Requests must be submitted via email.

Prorated refund - Within 12 Days

If work has already begun within the 12-day window, a prorated refund will be calculated based on work completed. The hourly rate used for this calculation is outlined in your signed service contract.

No Refund After 12 Days

Refund requests submitted after the 12-day window will not be considered. All sales are final beyond this point.

Retainer Services

Cancellation Notice:

To cancel a retainer service, written notice must be submitted via email a minimum of 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellations submitted without 30 days notice will be processed at the next available billing cycle.

All details are outlined in your signed service contract.

Content in a Day is a project-based VIP working session. A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date.

A minimum of one week is required between booking and your content day — this allows time for our planning call, content review, and approval before work begins. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled content day.

Deposit Refund Window - 48 Hours

If you cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable service fees charged by the payment processor.

Deposit Non-Refundable - After 48 Hours

After the 48-hour window the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This secures your content day and covers preparation time.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled content day. Work will not begin until the balance is received and confirmed.

Content in a Day

Preparation Notice:

Every Content in a Day begins with a planning meeting to align on goals, gather your materials, and prepare samples for your review and approval. This is why a minimum one-week lead time is required. Same-week bookings are not available for this service.

Rescheduling:

Need to move your date? Reach out via email as early as possible. Rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability. The deposit remains non-refundable if rescheduling is requested after the 48-hour window.
All details are outlined in your signed service contract.

By booking any service you agree to the following terms:

  • Service Agreement: All services are governed by a signed service contract. The contract outlines deliverables, timelines, rates, and any additional terms specific to your engagement. In the event of a conflict between this page and your signed contract, the contract takes precedence.

  • Payment: A deposit is required to secure your start date or project day. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your contract. Work with Lei reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.

  • Approval & Revisions: All content created on your behalf will be submitted for your review and approval before publishing. Your timely feedback is required to maintain agreed-upon schedules. Delays caused by late approvals are not the responsibility of Work with Lei.

  • Intellectual Property: Content created for your business becomes your property upon receipt of full payment. Work with Lei retains the right to reference the work in portfolio and case study materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Confidentiality: All business information shared during our engagement is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your written consent.

  • Communication: Standard response time is 24 to 48 business hours via email. Response times may vary during holidays or scheduled time off. Clients will be notified in advance of any extended periods of unavailability.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
